The EIT (Employment Integration Training) is a work integration support project that provides assistance to companies and their newly-hired employees. This initiative is for the sustainable integration of employees who are under-represented in the labour market. It is intended for companies looking for a qualified workforce.
The EIT Project was set up to respond to the labour needs of businesses, facilitate recruitment and raise awareness about workforce diversity.

Integration: the integration period lasts between 10 and 18 weeks, full-time (minimum 30 hours a week).
Reimbursed salary: on average, 50% of the salary is reimbursed to the companies.
Training: depending on the position, general and specific training are offered along with task training and company integration.
Supervision: the intern is supervised by a designated internship manager (on-site).
Professional guidance: an employment counsellor is assigned to each company and participant to provide them continuous and personalized monitoring and support.
